These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Infranode website and any of the products, software and services offered by Infranode (“Infranode”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
1. About Infranode
Infranode is a construction technology company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We provide an integrated platform for contractors, developers and infrastructure companies, including modules for project management, accounts, procurement, inventory, HR and BOQ analysis.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the website in a way that could damage, disable or overburden it.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, our servers or any related systems.
- Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the website without our prior written permission.
- Submit false, misleading or unlawful information through any forms on the website.
3. Our software and services

8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infranode and its directors, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us (if any) for the use of the website in the twelve months before the claim, or BDT 5,000.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infranode and its directors, employees and partners from any claim, damage or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the website or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant we will provide a more prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the website after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to your use of the website or these Terms.
